It would be nice to give the customer a list of items that have been released recently.

We use a custom status in Jira for 'acceptance' and the customer has to go to Jira and search for all acceptance issues.

If feedbucket would have a way to list only the items that are handled and "waiting for feedback" it would improve the experience for the customer greatly.

He or she should be able to approve the item (set it to "done") or create a new item (a bug or new idea" or thirdly mark the change as not visible yet (back to todo).

The more complex/fancy solution would be to configure releases and link items to releases, but we haven't used that feature in Jira before. I prefer just to let clients filter feedback in Feedbucket by their status.
