List released feedback

It would be nice to give the customer a list of items that have been released recently.
We use a custom status in Jira for 'acceptance' and the customer has to go to Jira and search for all acceptance issues.
If feedbucket would have a way to list only the items that are handled and "waiting for feedback" it would improve the experience for the customer greatly.
He or she should be able to approve the item (set it to "done") or create a new item (a bug or new idea" or thirdly mark the change as not visible yet (back to todo).
The more complex/fancy solution would be to configure releases and link items to releases, but we haven't used that feature in Jira before. I prefer just to let clients filter feedback in Feedbucket by their status.

Hi Thomas. We are right now discussing about adding more statuses to Feedbucket but in the meantime we also have Tags. You could create a few tags for example "Accepted" or something like that. The customer then put this tag on the feedback that has been accepted. You could even use our tag sync with Jira so this "Accept" tag would be synced back to Jira and therefore you can see which feedback has been approved or not. Reach out to support and we will be happy to help you set this up until we have more statuses for feedback.
